Medical Social Worker

Home Health Aides
Our home health aides work under the direct supervision of a nurse and/or therapist. Our home health aides provide basic health assistance needs including:

- Assistance with Ambulation/Transfers
- Position Changing in Bed
- Oral Hygiene
